Managing your connection

Turn off 3G if you are not using data services. If not too important, you can choose my level of service below (2G). You can change it via the Manage Connections option on the Home Screen. Make sure you also have to turn off Bluetooth and Wi-fi.

“Rest” during your break

You can save battery life if you turn off before you sleep. Make sure it lights up before you wake up from sleep, so do not waste your time before going to the move. You can set it via the option Auto On / Off from the Options menu on the Home Screen.

Stick with the holster and adjust the settings profile

To specify notification sound and vibration, you are given the option In Holster, Holster Out, and Always on your BlackBerry. You will save more battery is like you are more likely to use voice notification (In Holster) rather than vibration (Out Holster), because the vibrations take more power than the voice.

Reduce the brightness level

Just as the BlackBerry in general, you can extend the battery life if your BlackBerry Brightness levels reduced sufficiently.

Close unused applications

Be aware, applications that run behind the scenes and have not closed will drain your battery back up quickly, especially if they often do the refresh. Call it the application Uber Twitter or Google Maps.

If so, maybe you’re exposed to new disease that is widely experienced, ‘BlackBerry Thumb’. What is a BlackBerry or BlackBerry Thumb diseases such thumb? As reported by the Times of India, is the name given to repetitive strain injury caused by excessive cell phone use when sending email, chat or sms. This condition is very common, even a law firm claiming the workers to ask for compensation for this phenomenon.

“Blackberry or PDAs can cause tendonitis (inflammation or irritation and swelling of the tendons in the shoulder) due to thumb typing on small keypads”

“The problem is people do the same activity for long periods when the body was not created to do something like that. The disease can only be felt after long-term use of smartphones,” Christian said Crowe, a therapist, as reported usnews.

Margot Miller, president of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Occupational Health Special Interest Group added, “Due to very small smartphone keypad and thumb are the most nimble fingers and then added to the custom of sending a message. So that’s what causes the injury.”

Symptom of ‘BlackBerry Thumb’ usually is pain or numbness in the thumb and hand joints. Christian Crowe suggested that giving time to rest some time from Blackberry or PDA.

Meanwhile, Dr. Charles Leinberry Jr., a specialist hand and wrist at the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital suggested other things. He recommended more for more use of computer or notebook.

Research in Motion (RIM) feels very confident to challenge iPad tablet on the market, by presenting the BlackBerry Playbook. The company also is preparing a final feature, which has not been revealed clearly. A leader RIM says that there will be new video conferencing applications for the BlackBerry Playbook which soon slid. Of course, a 3 megapixel camera front and rear facing megapixel camera on the Blackberry Playbook is a clear indicator that RIM had been thinking about the video chat from the beginning.

Feature in question is, video chat features that are similar to FaceTime belongs Apple iPad embedded in the iPhone 2 and 4. This feature is believed by RIM, could become a mainstay of them in the face of the iPad 2. There is some speculation in the past that third-party developers, such as Skype, will give an application to use video chat, but reports that RIM’s VP of strategy David Heit has effectively superseded the rumors.

According to Heit, Playbook Blackberry application for peer-to-peer video conferencing will be similar to Apple FaceTime and is expected to begin “very soon.” Although no official statement has been made regarding the launch date BlackBerry Playbook, most sources agree that April 10 will be time due tablets to be launched, which makes us believe that RIM will launch a video-conferencing application along with this tablet, or soon thereafter.

Reported by TG Daily, FaceTime is one feature that most heralded Apple iPhone 4, which is a video chat application.

The tablet will become a very important product for the rim. The company has really pulled back a little more customers begin to erode. Though still remains the number 1 smartphone platform in the United States (U.S.), but their market down so quickly.

Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011, held in Barcelona, Spain, eventually became a place for the vendors of the world to reveal a row of show off their latest gadgets. This is also done Research In Motion (RIM), which has officially announced that they would not be half-hearted foray into the tablet PC competition. Unmitigated, 4 versions of the BlackBerry Playbook are ready to launch. The four versions are Playbook who just completed a Wi-Fi connectivity, Playbook Wi-Fi + WiMAX 4G, Wi-Fi + Playbook 4G LTE, and 4G Playbook BlackBerry Wi-Fi and HSPA + is equipped capability.

President and co-CEO of RIM, Mike Lazaridis said the Playbook will be present with superior performance, rich web experience, as well as to support the needs of corporate users.

“We have built Playbook with various advantages and will support 4G networks, allowing carriers and developers to provide exceptional mobile experience for users,” said Lazaridis, who quoted the official statement Rim, Friday (18/02/2011).

Playbook itself is long enough to display to the public, yet to be officially released to the market, RIM’s flagship tablet PC is scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2011. It is not clear, for which version will be sold first. Although somewhat Playbook comes late, it still will make the fight in the realm of the tablet PC is getting hotter. Axis forces no longer seem to be centered on the Apple iPad.

A number of world electronics giant had already asserted its power. Call it the Galaxy Tab Samsung, LG Optimus Pad, Xoom Motorola, BlackBerry Playbook, and much more. By reliability, of course they have their own abilities. Now it was just how to seduce their strategy for the market to choose from.

Now available for the collection, software update for both devices will splash some modern flavor that comes with OS sixth Obviously there is closer integration with social networks in games with the platform, we are confident that ‘there are many aspects to this subject that will delight owners. Interestingly, it is still rare to find other BlackBerry Bold 9700 handset to receive treatment for OS 6 – but still, we can only hope at this point.

With respect to owners of BlackBerry Pearl 9100 in the wind, which will have to suffer a couple of weeks before the update is available – again, better not see any right?
